Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cost Management professional to lead cost estimating, benchmarking, and lifecycle costing for capital projects onsite with clients and partners. The role emphasizes risk assessment, procurement support, and value engineering in complex infrastructures.

This position requires 4+ years in cost management, strong CostX proficiency, and advanced MS Office skills. Occasional on-site collaboration with clients is anticipated to build relationships and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cost/Construction field or equivalent.
• 4+ years of minimum cost management experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Proficient in CostX to produce estimates and bills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an appropriate level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement.
• Attend client/design meetings; advise on cost implications and capture actions.
• Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates; draft qualification questionnaires; perform other duties.
