Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor in the United States to act as the primary client interface and deliver value‑added cost management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5–7 years in cost management or QS roles on construction projects.
• RICS accreditation preferred or underway.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Lead cost management and provide cost plans and updates.
• Review estimates with design teams and general contractor.
• Coordinate cost information and drive value engineering with stakeholders.
• Manage cost checks, valuations, and post‑contract cost variances.
• Prepare funding data and monthly cost reports for the client.
