Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director - Cost Management / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on complex projects and programs. The role requires strong client facing leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic delivery across infrastructure and real estate sectors.

You will mentor teams, drive process improvements, and promote Turner & Townsend's values while delivering exceptional cost control and project outcomes for our clients in the U.S. market.

• Develop reporting on commercial status and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Drive best practices in cost management and project controls.
• Support procurement strategy and contracting advice.
• Contribute to business development and proposals.
