Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for a major bio-pharma campus project in Wilson, NC. This site-based role requires strong leadership, client interaction, and delivery of cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.

The candidate will oversee a cost management team, interface with the client and consultants, and drive best-practice processes, ensuring successful project outcomes and value for money.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred or working toward.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and coordinate the cost management team.
• Interface with client, stakeholders and consultants at all stages.
• Perform cost controls, change management and KPI reporting.
• Provide leadership and strategic commercial guidance.
