Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, estimating, or commercial management within the construction industry.
• Experience supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, healthcare, or highly technical projects preferred.
• RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation valued.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement strategies and support contract awards.
• Develop construction estimates and cost plans; present to clients.
• Manage cost reporting, budgets, and forecasts with risk assessments.
• Review change orders and conduct commercial evaluations.
• Support contract administration and dispute avoidance; monitor invoicing.
• Benchmark project performance and conduct final account closeout.
