The role interfaces with the client, design teams, and general contractor to drive value throughout planning, design, construction, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
• RICS accreditation preferred or actively pursuing.
• Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale projects with high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning services, including presenting final cost plans.
• Review with design teams and GC to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate cost information from suppliers, subcontractors, and design data.
• Lead cost checks, valuations, and post-contract variance management.
• Prepare funding presentations and support value engineering sessions.
