Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for a major pharmaceutical expansion program in Wilson, NC, near Greenville. The role requires delivering cost services across planning, design, construction and closeout, with strong leadership and client communication.

You will manage estimates, cost planning, value engineering and ongoing cost validation while collaborating with design teams, GC and client stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years in a cost management role within the construction industry.
• RICS accreditation preferred or in progress.
• Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale projects with high complexity.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning services, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
• Review and participate with design services team and GC in cost estimates.
• Reconcile changes and assist GC to ensure cost data is accurate.
• Prepare cost updates and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Coordinate all sources of cost information for cost discussions.
