Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for a major life sciences capital expansion program and act as a senior client interface. You will drive value through robust cost planning, controls and reporting across complex manufacturing facilities.

Experience leading a cost management team and delivering high-quality cost consultancy.
Proven ability to interface with clients and senior stakeholders.
Strong cost planning, estimating, controls and change management capabilities.
Track record of leading complex life sciences / capital projects.

Responsibilities

Lead cost management services across multi-phase life sciences programs.
Interface with client, stakeholders, design teams and contractors at all stages.
Perform quantity surveying, cost planning, estimating and cost controls.
Provide accurate reporting on budget, forecast, contingency and risk.
Drive best practice, develop processes, templates, and tools.
Mentor staff, set strategy, coach talent and manage performance reviews.
