Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience with change management processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience in cost estimates, cost control, and cost analysis.
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and controller codes.
• Ability to train and coach junior Cost Engineers.
• Experience with historical data analysis and cost/quantity comparisons.
• Develops innovative techniques to meet specific needs.
• Demonstrated flexibility to urgent requests or changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish budgets, change management, cost monitoring, cost variance analysis, QURR reporting.
• Verify consistency with previous reports for compatibility and consistency.
• Prepare cashflow and revenue earnings; assist with PwC semi yearly project audit.
• Ensure accuracy in the cost coding of budgets and actuals.
• Allocate budgets per standards; identify trends; support the change control program; prepare cost studies using historical data, statistical analysis, and cost/quantity comparisons.
