Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction cost management or related fields.
• Experience supporting semiconductor/advanced manufacturing construction projects.
• Track record managing cost controls on capital projects >$500M.
• Budgets, forecasting, estimating, change management, and contract oversight.
• Experience leading project controls or cost-management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cost management professionals.
• Oversee budgeting, estimating, forecasting, cost reporting and performance.
• Monitor costs, risks, change orders, and forecasts against budgets and schedules.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Support procurement, bid analysis, and contract administration activities.
• Lead change management processes and ensure proper documentation and budgets.
