Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 2-5 years of relevant cost engineering experience, or 6-9 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Bechtel's financial reporting systems (CFAR), cost management tools (EcoSys), and DSCS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to summarize analyses and support cost containment plans.
• Ability to respond to urgent project requests and changing priorities.
• Experience in Data Centers and/or Semiconductors industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementing cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports.
• Assists in developing and assigning project cost accounts and recommends modifications.
• Prepares and coordinates support for monthly invoices and reconciles project billings.
• Coordinates development and accuracy of PSERV, CoCo, QURR etc.
• Verifies consistency with previous reports for compatibility.
• Performs performance monitoring and control for specified applications following procedures.
• Prepares budgets and assists with allocations per standards.
