Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Engineer for a major capital program based in Houston, Texas. You will manage cost reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and project controls, partnering with project leadership to improve cost performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in cost engineering within oil & gas or heavy industry, with strong knowledge of SAP, EcoSys, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of cost engineering or cost management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting & project controls.
• Experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial EPC environments.
• Proficiency with SAP, EcoSys and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost reporting strategies for major construction programs.
• Provide specialist cost engineering advice across contracts.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Monitor costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Support project billing, AR/AP and financial compliance.
