Qualifications

• 10+ years of offshore oil & gas estimating experience.
• Experience with FEL concepts and new country entry.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight.
• Familiarity with CPMS and cost engineering data processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project cost estimates and BoE per CPMS standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine costs.
• Provide cost projections and scenario analyses.
• Integrate contingency planning and risk analysis.
• Mentor team members on estimating best practices.
• Coordinate Cost Estimates Assurance Review engagements.
• Review contractor estimates and budgets.
• Develop WBS/CBS for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure estimates revisions with proper revision control.
• Support risk assessment and contingency strategy.
