Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Intermediate Cost Engineer with a construction background to support a major capital program in a client-facing role. You will deliver cost reporting, forecasting, change management, and risk/opportunity identification to enable informed project decisions.

The role requires 2–5 years in cost engineering or related fields, strong Excel and project controls experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in cost engineering, project controls, estimating, or related roles.
• Experience with large capital projects and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports, forecasts, and trend analyses.
• Analyze cost data to identify risks, opportunities, and variances.
• Support budgets, CBS, and WBS development and maintenance.
• Maintain change management processes and trend tracking.
• Track commitments, expenditures, accruals, and contingencies.
• Assist with forecasting, ETC analysis, and cash flow reporting.
• Support dashboards and performance reports for project controls.
