Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Houston cost management team. In this client-facing role you will deliver value‑added cost management services, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead cost planning, estimation and reporting across diverse construction projects.

Your experience should include cost management on large projects, strong leadership, and the ability to drive value through design and procurement strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; RICS accreditation or progression toward it preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience on medium to large construction projects.
• Experience with cost planning, value engineering, and post‑contract cost control.

Aufgaben

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and produce final cost plans.
• Review estimates with design teams and general contractors; reconcile changes.
• Prepare cost updates, executive summaries, and monthly cost reports for clients.
• Lead cost checks, valuations, and post‑contract variances; manage cost controls.
• Mentor talent and promote Turner & Townsend values and leadership.
