Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Controller/Cost Manager for Energy & Natural Resources with responsibilities spanning cost control, forecasting, and invoicing within major capital projects. The role emphasizes coordination with project teams, suppliers, and cost-related processes across the Willow Project context.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years on major projects in oil and gas, solid leadership, and proficiency in SAP/PIMS with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience on major capital projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical environments.
• Proven management and staff leadership skills.
• SAP and/or PIMS experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excel intermediate to advanced.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD) and forecasts.
• Track costs and report variances with project teams.
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling to align budget and schedule.
• Oversee invoice reconciliations and cost reporting per contracts.
• Assist in change management processes and close-out activities.
• Communicate with partners and suppliers on POs, invoices, and cost codes.
• Provide training and guidance as needed.
