Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Program Cost Controls Analyst to support the Business Management Finance team with cost, schedule, and control analysis. You will produce weekly and monthly reports, support EVM cadence, and coordinate BCRs for development programs with external reporting requirements.

The role requires DoD security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and onsite work in El Segundo. A solid background in IPMDAR reporting and SAP/BW tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cost and program performance reports, including EV and LREs.
• Support EVM cadence and IPMDAR external reporting requirements.
• Coordinate Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and forecast updates with stakeholders.
• Analyze cost, schedule, budget, and Earned Value data for program performance.
• Prepare CDRLs and support management reviews with data packages.
