Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cost estimating/controls.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or similar certification required.
• Knowledge of capital and services cost and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate scope change management and data collection.
• Develop quantity takeoffs, apply unit rates, and verify quantities.
• Prepare budgets, cost reports, and monitoring data.
• Support project management and mentor staff.
