Job summary

Acuity - PT&C, LLC is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant in Colorado to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities. You will supervise project teams, maintain schedules, and support staff development while upholding the company's mission and values.

The role requires a CCP certification, a 10+ year background in engineering/constructon management, and strong cost management skills. Travel up to 25% and office-based work are expected.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or similar (CCP-AACE, CEP-AACE, CPE-ASPE) required.
• Experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards, programs, and reports.
• Prepares cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assists with scope change management and coordination with Engineering teams.
• Develops quantity takeoffs and applies unit rates to quantities.
• Prepares budgets, cost reports, and cost engineering data.
