Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst in the Orlando area to own project setup and billing within Deltek Costpoint. You will analyze costs, funding levels, and invoicing for government contracts, including CPFF, T&M, and FFP, while collaborating with Contracts, Operations, and Finance teams.

The role involves DCAA-related reporting, annual Incurred Cost Submissions, and a comprehensive benefits package with healthcare, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government contracting experience in project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration.
• Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience, particularly Project Setup and Billing modules.
• Experience supporting CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, including WAWF/PIEE invoicing.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA requirements, contract funding, and labor cost allocation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage project setup, maintenance, billing configurations, and WBS structures within Deltek Costpoint.
• Analyze project costs, funding levels, billing variances, and unbilled receivables to ensure financial accuracy.
• Review contract modifications and maintain funding ceilings, periods of performance, and project structures.
• Prepare and submit government invoices through WAWF/PIEE and resolve billing or funding discrepancies.
• Support DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions, indirect rate analysis, and project financial reporting.
