Qualifications

• 5 years experience in underwriting FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA /USDA Rural Housing investor loans.
• FHA DE certification.
• VA SAR and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to retail and TPO originators regarding guidelines.
• Maintain a small pipeline of loans for final approval.
• Review appraisal types for final approval including issuing NOV's.
