Qualifications

• FHA DE certification and VA SAR certification required.
• Documented experience in mortgage loan underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to both retail and TPO originators.
• Maintain a small pipeline of loans for final approval.
• Review appraisal types for final approval.
