Summit is seeking a Food Service Director for the Corrections segment in West Chester, PA. You will lead a team of food service workers, oversee all operations of the department, and ensure timely, high-quality meals for clients.

You will hire and train staff, enforce all safety and sanitation standards, manage budgeting and purchasing, and collaborate with district management on dining service operations. This role is onsite with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with hourly staff and executives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience coordinating food service operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage all functions of the food service department and its resources.
• Lead and train a team of associates, including hiring.
• Ensure culinary, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Budget the department and manage ingredient purchasing and forecasting.
