Summit in Gettysburg, PA is seeking a motivated food service director to lead the corrections dining team at Adams County Adult Correctional Complex. The role oversees all aspects of the food service department to ensure meals are delivered safely and on time.

You will hire and train staff, manage budgets, and work with the district manager on dining operations. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are essential.

Competenze

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Previous experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
