Job summary

Wolters Kluwer’s FCC | CLC - Registered Agent Solutions Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator (Registered Agent) for a hybrid, nationwide role.

You will apply deep corporate services knowledge to support key customers, internal teams, and other departments, solving complex issues and driving client satisfaction. You will lead onboarding for large clients, handle complex filings, and maintain proactive client communication while promoting additional Registered Agent services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of exclusive experience from within the corporate and registered agent industry, or equivalent content knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of 50 state filings for incorporations, formations, registrations, and related services.
• Experience with complex 50 state filings for mergers, re-domestications, withdrawals, tax clearances, and address changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to and collaboration with other RASi corporate team members or across departments.
• Communicate with clients regarding corporate services.
• Manage onboarding processes for large or high-profile customers.
• Respond and resolve client, affiliate, and vendor/correspondent requests via phone and email.
• Process filings and related documents including articles of incorporation/organization, amendments, and annual reports.
