Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to mentor a team of recruiters and own full life cycle recruiting for corporate roles.

You'll partner with hiring managers and HR to shape talent strategy, review applications, conduct interviews, and build sourcing plans that attract top talent across the organization. This on-site role offers stability and growth within our expansive network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 10+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality active and passive candidates.
• Work with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs and qualifications to prepare a recruitment plan.
