Job summary

Alliance Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to drive full life cycle recruiting, strengthen talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring leaders to attract qualified candidates across the organization.

You will serve as a recruiting subject matter expert, support sourcing strategy, analyze recruiting metrics, and help ensure a compliant and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Experience managing full life cycle recruiting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, career events, and other channels.
Experience using applicant tracking systems or the ability to quickly learn new recruiting technology.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and effective recruiting plans.
Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines.
Use recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure recruiting practices align with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
