Job summary

SOCi is seeking an experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner with business leaders, manage proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing, and guide hiring managers with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and a focus on building robust candidate pipelines while maintaining confidentiality and high hiring standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in the industry.
• Proven experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter, tech and non-technical roles in SaaS environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, and interview techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to execute recruiting strategies for proactive sourcing and interviewing.
• Own full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling.
• Liaise between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR on interview, offer, and hiring.
