Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a polished and credible Recruiter who can engage senior leaders and executive-level candidates from intake through close. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a high-performance environment.

You will work across Finance, Technology, Marketing and other corporate functions from our Los Angeles office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions and senior levels.
• Strong sourcing and closing skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle searches across corporate functions from intake to close.
• Build search strategies and identify right talent for senior roles.
• Advise hiring managers and drive searches forward with urgency.
• Represent Live Nation to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and close senior-level candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and adjust strategies as needed.
