Job summary

Creator Nation, backed by Live Nation Entertainment, seeks an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead the company’s recruiting strategy and talent acquisition as we launch and scale. You will establish core hiring processes, build the employer brand, and drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires in-office work five days a week in Beverly Hills, CA, with a focus on building pipelines, partnering with search firms, and shaping a compelling candidate experience for

Qualifications

4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in entertainment, media, or high-growth startups.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Track record hiring across corporate and creative functions.
Strong direct sourcing skills.
Experience managing search firms.
Experience with ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) or similar.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for the launch hiring plan.
Build and manage candidate pipelines for all open roles.
Run search firm relationships for VP/Director searches.
Stand up ATS, interview processes, and hiring standards.
Build the careers page and employer brand in step with the launch announcement.
