Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle searches across multiple corporate functions, including Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Strategy. This role requires building rigorous search strategies and engaging senior-level candidates in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based in Beverly Hills, CA or NYC, with in-office presence 2-3x per week and additional days as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong hands-on sourcing expertise, including passive candidate research and talent mapping.
• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions and at senior/executive levels.
• Excellent ability to influence hiring managers and close offers, including senior roles.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools; working knowledge of Workday and Gem.
