Job summary

Creator Nation, supported by Live Nation, is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Beverly Hills to lead the company’s recruiting strategy and talent acquisition for launch and growth. You will own full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines, manage search firms, and help stand up ATS and interview standards.

You will also help craft the careers page and employer brand, sourcing senior-level talent across corporate and creative functions, while partnering with leadership to attract top-tier candidates for

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in entertainment, media, or high-growth startups
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Track record hiring across corporate and creative functions
• Strong direct sourcing skills
• Experience managing search firms
• Experience working with ATS systems (Workday/Greenhouse/Lever or similar)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the launch hiring plan
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for all open roles
• Run search firm relationships for VP/Director searches
• Stand up ATS, interview processes, and hiring standards
• Build the careers page and employer brand in step with the launch announcement
