Job summary

Creator Nation, backed by Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead the company’s recruiting strategy and talent acquisition during launch and growth. This role will establish core hiring processes and develop the career presence for the brand.

The Recruiting Manager will be expected to work in‑office 5 days per week, partnering with leadership to build pipelines, manage vendor relationships, and stand up processes for VP/Director searches as the company

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in entertainment, media, or high-growth startups.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience hiring across corporate and creative functions.
• Strong direct sourcing skills.
• Experience managing search firms.
• Experience with ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever or similar).
• Ability to engage senior-level candidates and convey the company vision.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the launch hiring plan.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for all open roles.
• Run search firm relationships for VP/Director searches.
• Stand up ATS, interview processes, and hiring standards.
• Build the careers page and employer brand in step with the launch announcement.
