Job summary

Mission Produce is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate roles across the organization. This high-ownership role works with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and run a modern recruiting engine.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, source across channels, leverage ATS/HRIS (Workday preferred), and deliver a strong candidate experience while building scalable processes and real-time reporting to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Own recruiting process cradle-to-grave with minimal oversight.
• Strong ATS/HRIS experience, preferably Workday.
• Proven ability to design or improve recruitment processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and multi-channel sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers as trusted advisor.
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience through onboarding handoff.
• Build and refine scalable recruiting processes and workflows.
• Use ATS/HRIS to manage requisitions and report metrics.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-moving environment.
