Job summary

Cool Earth is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own and grow a portfolio of corporate partners with income responsibility. You will manage senior relationships, write strategic account plans, and drive renewals, growth, and multi-year commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate partnerships or accounts with income responsibility.
• Track record renewing, growing or upselling existing relationships.
• Confidence negotiating with senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in climate and rainforest communities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a named portfolio of corporate partners: income, retention, renewals, growth and risks.
• Write and run account plans for priority partners, outlining growth targets.
• Lead renewal conversations and secure multi-year commitments.
• Forecast portfolio income, manage budget, and maintain CRM data.
• Line-manage the Partnerships Officer/Executive and develop their skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner communications and impact reporting.
