Job summary

NFP People is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow valuable relationships and help rainforest communities protect nature and their futures. The role focuses on ownership of an established portfolio and developing multi-year partnerships with global brands.

You will negotiate, plan and renew agreements, manage budgets and CRM records, and collaborate across teams to deliver impact reporting and fundraising outcomes. This is a remote UK-based role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience growing and renewing corporate partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop partnership plans, proposals and pitches.
• Comfort with budgeting, income forecasting and using CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of corporate partners.
• Developing account plans and leading renewal, negotiation and growth conversations.
• Managing income and expenditure budgets, forecasting income and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers and understanding partners' commercial and social objectives.
• Coordinating employee engagement, fundraising activities, communications and impact reporting.
• Assessing ethical fit and reputational risks across partnerships.
• Line managing and developing a Partnerships Officer/Executive.
• Working with colleagues across fundraising, programmes and communications to deliver successful partnerships.
