Share Our Strength is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support and grow partnerships with leading consumer brands. This role focuses on managing the partnership lifecycle, research, outreach, proposals, and negotiations to meet aggressive fundraising goals.

The position supports collaboration with internal teams, develops activation concepts, and tracks pipeline using Raiser's Edge. Hybrid work options and a salary range of $71,000–$79,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years managing marketing programs or sponsorships in corporate/non-profit.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with large-scale cause-marketing or CSR partnerships is desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication; experience presenting to high-level audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fluid environment; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist day-to-day execution of revenue-generating partnerships with high-profile consumer brands.
• Lead lifecycle activities for designated partners including research, outreach, cultivation, proposals, and negotiations.
• Support Partnerships colleagues and help build partnerships across industries.
• Develop creative marketing and activation concepts aligned with partner objectives.
• Track pipeline activity and maintain Raiser's Edge records for forecasting.
