Habitat for Humanity International - HQ is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Officer to lead and grow strategic corporate partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, generating approximately $5–$10 million in annual revenue. You will identify, solicit, and steward partners and expand engagement across HFHI's network.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships, you will collaborate with program stakeholders to create compelling proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage a diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising, sales and/or prospect development experience.
• Proven success securing multiyear commitments in the six- to seven-figure range from Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience developing and managing partnership strategies.
• Ability to understand corporate priorities and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management, reporting, analytics, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a complex environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute corporate partnership strategies aligned with partner objectives and Habitat's mission.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and secure new corporate partnerships.
• Grow and steward an existing portfolio to increase engagement and revenue.
• Build funding streams through philanthropy, sponsorships, employee engagement, workplace giving, cause marketing, gifts-in-kind, and programmatic support.
• Lead collaboration with Habitat Area Offices to coordinate partnerships.
• Coordinate proposal development and donor stewardship activities across Habitat's network.
• Develop compelling presentations and partnership opportunities aligned with CSR priorities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements with internal teams (legal/finance).
• Serve as primary relationship manager for key partners and prospects.
• Track partnership performance, maintain CRM records, prepare revenue forecasts, provide pipeline reporting.
• Mentor and support team members to foster collaboration across the organization.
