Responsabilités

• Support entity formation, maintenance, and governance across multiple legal entities
• Maintain corporate records, resolutions, organizational documents, and governance materials
• Assist with document drafting, review, editing, organization, and execution processes
• Coordinate corporate filings and legal documentation requirements
• Support attorneys on fund and management company matters
• Partner with internal stakeholders on legal and operational initiatives
• Manage legal documentation and records with high accuracy and attention to detail
