Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
• 4+ years in corporate governance, entity management, licensing or related legal support.
• Experience in-house or in a law firm corporate practice is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate records management and filings.
• Familiarity with licensing/regulatory processes across jurisdictions.
• Experience with governance or legal management software preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage corporate entities, annual reports and records.
• Prepare board materials, resolutions, consents and minutes.
• Coordinate business licenses, permits, registrations and renewals.
• Maintain compliance calendars and legal databases.
• Support corporate transactions, regulatory matters and legal projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel and agencies.
