and international entities, ensuring accuracy, currentness, and audit readiness across a fast-moving business. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, and People to manage board materials, equity awards, and diligence processes, while supporting transactional

Qualifications

• Experience handling corporate governance documents and board materials.
• Experience with entity management and regulatory filings.
• Experience supporting equity administration and equity plans.
• Familiarity with KYC diligence and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare board and stockholder meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of entity administration including formations and dissolutions.
• Respond to KYC/UBO diligence requests and coordinate with regulators and auditors.
• Support equity administration, option and RSU grants, and plan recordkeeping.
• Run diligence support and closing checklists for financings, M&A, and real estate.
• Provide cross-functional support across Finance, Tax, Compliance, and People.
