Job summary

Consertus, Inc. seeks a Sr. Corporate Paralegal to manage the full lifecycle of domestic and international entities, report to the Chief Legal Officer, and partner with Tax, Treasury, and Finance across regions.

You will handle entity filings, governance documents, and licensing, while supporting M&A, restructurings, and regulatory compliance in a fast-growing environment. Based in any continental US location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate paralegal, entity management, compliance, and/or legal operations fields.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction entity management and regulatory filings is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global entity management function, including formations, registrations, amendments, and governance filings.
• Maintain data on entities, licenses, tax registrations, and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and circulate board resolutions, minutes, and other governance documents for subsidiaries.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Tax, Treasury, Finance, and outside counsel across time zones.
