Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Corporate Paralegal to lead global entity management and governance across domestic and international entities. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborates across regions to reduce risk and drive efficiency.

You will engage in board governance, entity filings, licenses, and cross-functional support with Tax, Treasury, and Finance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate paralegal, entity management, compliance, and/or legal operations.
• BS/BA degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global entity management function across domestic and international entities.
• Maintain data on legal entities, filings, licenses, and registrations globally.
• Prepare board materials, resolutions, consents, and governance documents.
• Coordinate board meetings across multiple time zones and manage signatories.
• Support entity structuring, intercompany transactions, and due diligence.
• Identify and implement process improvements in entity management workflows.
