The role focuses on training, quality, and strategic process improvements, with collaboration across leadership to drive outcomes and staff development.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota with active status.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical nursing leadership in Assisted Living in MN.
• Knowledge of Minnesota Department of Health regulations and laws.
• Progressive leadership experience with strategic direction and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical teams meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide clinical and system training to staff.
• Fill in for vacant AL Clinical Manager/LPN roles as needed.
• Lead strategy, process development, and measure outcomes.
• Act as super-user for clinical software and systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive quality improvement.
• Identify and report quality-of-care issues; streamline processes.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Participate in facility meetings and audits.
• Promote a positive, inclusive workplace.
