Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical teams meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide clinical training to new and existing staff.
• Fill in for AL Clinical Manager/LPN roles when needed.
• Support strategy and process development with outcome measurement.
• Act as super-user for clinical software and related systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive quality improvements.
