Longterm Health Management Services in Minnesota is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Clinical Department, ensure high standards of care, and foster an inclusive facility culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science/Nursing, an active MN RN license, 5 years of RN experience, and prior department leadership. Prior Director of Nursing or ALF experience is preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered MN RN license.
• 5 years RN experience with department management.
• Prior Director of Nursing or Assisted Living Facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department and nursing operations.
• Set and attain Nursing Department goals while inspiring the clinical team.
• Promote a positive, inclusive facility culture and problem-solve.
