Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior Specialist Legal Editor for Practical Law – Corporate (Global). You will craft and maintain practical corporate and M&A content, drawing on cross-border expertise and current market practice.

The role emphasizes AI‑powered legal solutions, collaboration with product, sales and tech teams, and engagement with lawyers and industry groups. Your JD with a US license and 8+ years’ experience in corporate/M&A, including cross-border matters, will drive this work in a

Qualifications

• When you’re a JD with an active law license in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 8 years as a Corporate & M&A lawyer in law firm or in-house.
• Extensive experience advising on cross-border corporate matters including M&A, formation and governance of non-US entities, joint ventures, and investments.
• Strong writing skills and ability to clearly communicate legal practice in plain English.
• Collaborative and able to work across multi-jurisdictional teams, and comfortable with AI-enabled tools.

• Research, write and maintain clear, current, practical legal content aligned with market practice.
• Review and edit content written by others, including external contributors.
• Stay updated on legal developments to keep content accurate and relevant.
• Support AI-powered Thomson Reuters legal solutions and internal AI editorial tools.

• Develop relationships with lawyers and industry groups to reflect market practice.
