Thomson Reuters Practical Law is seeking a Senior Specialist Legal Editor (Corporate) in the United States. You will leverage deep corporate and cross-border M&A expertise to create and maintain practical legal content and to support Thomson Reuters' AI-powered solutions.

You will work with a team of experienced editors and contributors to deliver accurate guidance, stay current on market practice, and collaborate across product, sales, and technology to meet client needs.

Formación

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 8+ years' experience as a Corporate and M&A lawyer.
• Experience advising on cross-border corporate matters including M&A with non-US entities, company formation/governance, joint ventures, and investments.
• Strong writing skills and ability to express complex legal concepts clearly.
• Collaborative mindset for multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Strong technical skills and ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Adaptable to generative AI space and new technologies.
• Experience using AI tools in legal work.
• Familiarity with differences in legal practice in non-US jurisdictions, particularly Latin America (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Research, write and maintain clear, practical legal content aligned with market practice and customer needs.
• Review and edit content written by others, including external contributors.
• Stay up to date with legal developments to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support development of AI-powered legal solutions.
• Support internal AI editorial tools.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lawyers and industry groups.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and technology teams.
