Thomson Reuters' Practical Law – Corporate (Global) seeks a Senior Specialist Legal Editor with deep Corporate and M&A expertise to create and maintain practical, current content for a global audience. You will leverage cross‑border experience and AI‑powered tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Working with seasoned editors and product teams, you will review submissions, stay abreast of market developments, and help advance Thomson Reuters' AI‑driven legal solutions while building strong

Formación

• Must hold JD and bar license in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of experience as a Corporate and M&A lawyer.
• Experience advising on cross-border corporate matters including M&A, formation/governance of non-US subsidiaries, joint ventures, and investments.
• Strong writing skills and ability to convey legal concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Research, write and maintain clear, current, and practical legal content aligned with market practice and customer needs.
• Review and edit content written by others, including external contributors.
• Keep up to date with legal developments to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
• Support the development of AI-powered legal solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lawyers and industry groups.
