Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master degree a plus.
• Ten to fifteen years of workout experience with middle market and large corporate loans.

Responsibilities

• Restructure large and complex corporate and commercial problem loans.
• Analyze loans and determine strategy for recoveries (restructurings, forbearances, bankruptcies).
• Negotiate repayment agreements with borrowers and monitor adherence.
• Manage bilateral and syndicated credits; coordinate workout strategies with lenders.
• Present complex credits and action plans to Senior Management.
• Mentor junior workout professionals; stay updated on insolvency and creditor remedies.
• Provide guidance to internal partners to minimize losses and maximize recoveries.
